EGFP is a part of local and national study projects that examine how EMR improves medical care and has won various awards for delivery of such care.
Dr. Howlett's long association with the Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians, his work with Qualidigm and his seat on the Board of Directors of St. Francis Health
Care Partners gives our patients a voice and an advocate at the local and national level in resolving issues relating to insurance and pharmacy policies and in improving the comprehensive delivery and documentation of quality care. As a Regional Medical Director for Saint Francis Hospital Health
Care Partners, he is responsible for educating primary care providers in population health, while continuing to provider comprehensive value based cost-effective medical care.
